Uses:
- Renderoc RG is used for repairs to damaged reinforced con-crete elements, particularly where access is restricted and where vibration of the placed material is diffi cult or impossible. It is suitable for various structural strengthening measures such as encasement build-ups, jacketing, piletop encapsula-tion resin system, etc

Description:
Renderoc RG is supplied as a ready to use blend of dry pow-ders which requires only the site addition of clean water to produce a free-fl owing non-shrink repair micro concrete. The material is based on Portland cements, graded aggregates and fi llers, and additives which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic state, while minimising water de-mand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability.For larger repairs, the mixed Renderoc RG may be modifi ed by the addition of 5mm to 12mm clean, graded, saturated surface dry aggregates at site. For exceptionally large repairs, the local Fosroc offi ce shall be consulted.
Technical Support:
- Fosroc off ers a technical support package to specifi ers, end users and contractors as well as technical on-site assistance in locations all over the country.
Design Criteria:
- Renderoc RG can be applied in sections upto 100mm deep. For larger sections, the addition of approved aggregates may be required. This will depend on the specifi c confi guration of the repair location. Fosroc offi ce shall be contacted for further information
Performance Specification:
- The fl uid micro-concrete repair material shall be a single component, cement based, micro-concrete to which only the site-addition of clean water ( and approved graded coarse aggregates where specifi ed) shall be permitted. The micro-concrete shall contain no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The micro concrete in the fl owable consistency should achieve a compres-sive strength of not less than 10N/mm2 after 24 hours, 40N/mm2 after 7 days and 50 N/mm2 after 28 day s at 300C. Most importantly, the cured microconcrete shall contain no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1 - 4%. The fl exural strength shall not be less than 5 N/mm2 @ 28 days. The microconcrete shall have a coeffi cient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete. The mixed density of microconcrete shall exceed 2100 kg/m3 at 270C.
Supplier Specification:
- All microcreting (specify details and areas of application) must be carried out using Renderoc RG, manufactured by Fosroc, applied strictly in accordance wtih the manufacturer’s technical datasheet
Application Instructions:
Preparation:
- The unrestrained surface area of the repair must be kept to a minimum. The formwok should include drainage outlets for pre-soaking and, if beneath a soffi t, provision for airventing.

Conplast WL Xtra is a dark brown liquid based on cement

workability and minimises segregation and bleeding. Thus it is
more effi cient compared to traditional powder and conventional
integral waterproofi ng compounds as its use results in two fold
improvement of concrete or mortar.

Acrylic polymer modified protective/decorative coating:
- The protective coating shall comprise specially selectedcements, graded hardwearing aggregates and additivessupplied in powder form together with a liquid component ofblended acrylic co-polymers and wetting agents. The total dryfilm thickness of the coating shall be not less than 2 mm andshall be capable of providing resistance to wear and weatherand good chemical resistance to mild inorganic acid solution,diesel oil, gasoline, chlorides, de-icing salts, effluents andorganic solvents
Instructions for Use:
Preparation:
- All surfaces should be dry and free from contamination suchas oil, grease, loose particles, decayed matter, laitance, andall traces of mould release oils and curing compounds. Thisis best achieved by lightly grit-blasting the surface.
- Where moss, algae or similar growths have occurred,treatment with a proprietary biocide should be carried out afterthe grit-blasting process
- Spalled and deeply disintegrated concrete should be removedto sound concrete and repaired with a Fosroc repair system.For further advice, consult the local Fosroc office.
- It is essential that all surfaces to be treated be pre-soakedwith clean water prior to application of Brushbond
Mixing:
- Brushbond liquid should be poured from the plastic containerinto the metal drum provided. For brush application consistencymix with a slow speed drill (500 r.p.m.) fitted with a FosrocMixing Paddle (MR3)
- The powder component should be added gradually to the liquidto avoid lump formation and mixed for 2 to 4 minutes.
- Brushbond should be immediately used after mixing. Do notmix more material than can be used within the pot life. Keepmixing Brushbond during the application.
Application:
Application of Brushbond on hot substrates (i.e. over 40oCsurface temperature) will need the prior application of a primercoat. Mix Brushbond and water in slurry like consistency andapply Brushbond over the primer whilst it is still wet.
For best results, surfaces should be damp. In order to obtainthe protective properties of Brushbond, it is important that thecorrect rates of application are observed.
Use a short stiff brush (preferably 120 - 200mm width) andapply in one or two coats as required.

Application instructions
Preparation
All surfaces to be treated with Hydroproof must be thoroughly
cleaned by a wire brush or other mechanical means, to
remove all dust, laitence or debris. The surface must also be
free from oil, grease, wax or any other form of foreign matter
which might affect adhesion. Spalled and deeply
disintegrated concrete or mortar must be removed to a sound
substrate and repaired suitably before coating.

DESCRIPTION
MASTERCRETE M-81 is a single component 100% acrylic polymer admixture specially
developed to improve the properties of cementitious compositions. When it is used with
combinations with standard quality of ordinary Portland cement, it enhances the mechanical
properties such as bonding (adhesion) with various building materials, flexural, compression
and impact strength. It improves the thin section fragility of cement when used as coating.
FEATURES / ADVANTAGES
Master Crete M-81 is easily mixed with cement, cures to hard, tough, weather resistant
surface & bonds strongly to most of the building materials.
Master Crete M-81 can be over coated by exterior emulsion coating or cement based
paints. It can be applied to a uniform thickness coating on horizontal and vertical
surfaces.
Master Crete M-81 allows trapped water vapour to escape and prevents blistering and
adhesion failure.
It makes cement mortars or coating compact thus preventing salt penetration into
concrete.
It is unaffected by UV light and prevents discoloration of concrete and corrosion in steel
due to its alkaline nature. It is resistant to water, dilute acids and alkali solutions.
Coating is highly durable even in continuous contact with water.
It is non-flammable, non-hazardous, does not evolve toxic gases when exposed to fire.

Uses
Conbextra GP2 is used for precision grouting where it is essential
to withstand static and dynamic loads. Typical applications would
be the grouting of base plates of turbines, compressors, boiler
feed pumps etc., It can also be used for anchoring a wide range
of fi xings. These include masts, anchor bolts and fence posts.

Description
Conbextra GP2 is supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The
addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free
fl owing, non-shrink grout for gap thicknesses up to 100mm.
Conbextra GP2 is a blend of Portland cement, graded fi llers
and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the
plastic state whilst minimising water demand. The low water
demand ensures high early strength. The graded fi llers are
designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent
grout.
