Nitobond EP Std is a two component epoxy bonding agent
supplied in pre-weighed quantities for ready on-site mixing
and use.

Application Instructions
Preparation
All surfaces to be treated must be sound, dust-free and clean.
All laitence should be removed by wire-brushing or any other
suitable means. Surfaces contaminated with oil or grease,
shall be cleaned thoroughly to remove such contaminants.
Mixing
The entire contents of the hardener Can should be poured
into the resin container and the two materials thoroughly mixed
until a uniform colour is obtained. To facilitate application at
temperatures below 100 C the separate components should
be warmed in hot water to a maximum of 250 C before mixing.
Coating
Mixed Nitobond EP Std should be brush applied to the
prepared substrate. The new concrete should be placed
within 3 hours at 350 C to the Nitobond EP Std coated substrate,
when it is still in a tacky state.
